On-line registration is a two-step process: 1) Submission of the on-line registration form and; 2) Completion of on-line payment. No on-line registration forms will be valid without completion of the on-line payment process.

1) Please complete the registration form below and click on "submit" (before making payment)

2) After submitting the form, a "Thank You" messsage will appear. This DOES NOT complete the process.

3) When the "Thank You" message appears, then complete the payment process by selecting 1, 2, 3 or 4 players and click "Add to Cart."

4) You will then be taken to PayPal's site, where payment may be made by credit card or by using a PayPal account.
